Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

This is a poem about good and evil. It is also about who is to blame when a psychotic harms somebody while mentally unstable. What is the correct punishment for those who are both violent and mentally ill. This matter was brought to attention by the story Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. There is a battle in all our souls between good and evil. I hope your good nature prevails.
