Victor was to marry
Quite a burden to carry
Victoria would be his bride
Then his fears would  subside
But things did not go according to plan
Victor was a most unfortunate man
He married The Corpse Bride by mistake
He wanted a wedding not a wake
Victor entered the world of the dead
He was not happy to be newly wed
Emily felt rejected
All she wanted was to be accepted
Victoria married a loathsome Lord
He tried to kill Victor with  his sword
But fate was on Victor's side
The loathsome Lord died
Now they were free to marry
Quite a weight to carry
But Victor did not mind
Because Victoria was beautiful and kind
And Emily was set free
Her spirit could rest peacefully
They all enjoyed a pleasant time
Wedded bliss is simply sublime
