Edward Scissorhands

Edward had scissors instead of a hand
Life had not gone as planned
He was found by a kind lady
Who took him into her family
He created garden sculptures
That left the residents in raptures
He started to cut the ladies hair
He found some romance there
He only wanted to be accepted
But he felt he had been rejected
He did his best to keep a young boy from harm
But cut his stomach and arm
The local lads said he was to blame
They tried to blacken his name
Poor Edward returned to the castle in the sky
With the angry residents following close by
There was a ferocious fight
A local lad died that night
Now Edward lives all alone
Without a computer or mobile phone
He creates sculptures from blocks of ice
The snow far below is oh so nice
